The Foundation Center Arts Omar Carreño aims to promote, develop promote, disseminate and valorise the different manifestations and cultural expressions of Nueva Esparta extending his goal at international level.

It is a modern cultural facility, located in the historic center of the capital city, La Asunción. It is the seat of the autonomous Institute of culture of the State of Nueva Esparta and consists of an excellent Concert Hall, a gallery and an alternative space for the arts.
